Not discriminate against candidates on prohibited grounds

Candidates applying for jobs agree that:

All information provided is accurate and truthful
You have the legal right to work in the location specified
Application submissions are at your own discretion

WorkBridge provides a platform to connect job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers, interviews, or employment as a result of using our services. Job placement, hiring decisions, and employment outcomes are solely determined by employers and are beyond our control. Subscribing to paid tiers or using our premium features does not guarantee job placement or hiring success.

6. Subscription Tiers and Payments

WorkBridge offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your subscription
Automatic renewal unless cancelled
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Price changes will be communicated in advance

7. Intellectual Property

All content on WorkBridge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WorkBridge or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

WorkBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

No Employment Guarantees: WorkBridge is a platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee job placement, employment offers, interviews, or hiring success. The Platform provides tools and services to assist in job searching, but all hiring decisions are made solely by employers. We are not responsible for employment outcomes or decisions made by employers using our Platform.

Bridge AI Features Disclaimer: Our Bridge AI-powered features (including CV builder, cover letter generator, and matching algorithms) are provided "as is" to assist users. We do not guarantee that Bridge AI-generated content will result in job offers or hiring success. Users are responsible for reviewing and customizing all AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
